Rent Continues To Increase In The Alamo City

Rent in the Alamo City continues to rise even despite the high occupancy rates the city experienced in May. Rent increased to $928 with an 89.9 percent occupancy rate, and the average size apartment to 850 square feet.

Hot markets developed across the city in areas like Leon Springs, Boerne, Kerrville, and Brooks. The Northwest submarket, I-10 and Loop 1604 continue to be one of the most active areas for multi-family development. These areas have continued to see price increases, driving renters towards more affordable deals further along North I-10.
