The Whitley Apartments are a new 266 unit apartment complex being constructed in downtown Austin at 3rd and Brazos.  This new complex will be located right in the thick of Austin nightlife and is expected to be completed this Spring.

Floor plans at Whitley range from a 514 square foot studio to a 1,378 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom.  Rents range from $1,610 for the studio to $2,510 for the two bedroom.  The project will be mixed use with 10,000 feet of retail space on the ground level.  The building will be sixteen stories and 196 feet tall.

Whitley will have all the amenities you would expect from a luxury apartment project.  On the ground floor, you can conduct business with a conference room featuring a television and teleconferencing capability, as well as a full executive business center that has computer access and printing.  For entertaining, the theater room with 70" screen and raised platform seating will allow you to feel like you have your own personal movie theater.  A coffee bar and concierge service will keep you caffeinated and pampered.

For convenience, Whitley also features gated parking, available oversized private garages, a controlled access bike storage area, and a loading dock with freight elevator for moving in.  To keep Fido happy and clean, there's a dog park with artificial grass and a dog washing machine.  If Mom decides to visit, you can reserve her one of the available guest suites.

In your apartment, you can choose your style of contemporary or traditional design or even a custom color accent wall, and enjoy 10' ceilings in the living rooms and bedrooms of most of the units.  Enjoy the action on the street below from your perch via the floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding glass doors and private terrace.  In the kitchen, get your gourmet on with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with undermount sinks, and glass mosaic tile backsplashes.  Your spa-like bathroom features porcelain tile, a separate walk-in shower with rainwater showerheads, and a soaking tub.  Hardwood flooring in the living and kitchen, as well as plush carpet in the bedroom keeps your toes happy, while fabric roller shades on the window make sure you have your privacy.  For convenience, every apartment features a front-load washer and dryer and walk-in closets and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.  When it's time to chill out, you can watch television in style, as all apartments are wired for flat panels in the living room and bedrooms.

When it's time to leave the cozy confines of Whitley, downtown is your playground!  Walk or bike to Sixth Street staples like Flamingo Cantina, as famous for their live music performances as their tasty burgers.

For entertainment, the Alamo Drafthouse Ritz  is your local movie theater.  In this cozy cinema, you can wash down gourmet food with craft beer while enjoying everything from goofy sing-a-longs to cult classics to the latest blockbuster.  Insider tip:  pay a little extra and spring for the private balcony that comes with its own waiter.  How romantic!
